FAQs
How Do I Book with you?
We would love to meet you and your furry family! To get started, please email us and we will gather some initial information about your pets and your needs. From there, we can arrange a "meet and greet" at your house at your convenience. This will give us all the opportunity to get to know each other ensure it's a good before confirming our booking.
Will my Dog be off leash?
Ensuring the safety of your dog is our top priority. During our initial sessions, we will walk your pup on-leash to establish a strong relationship. If you are comfortable with it, we can gradually transition to off-leash walks as appropriate. Rest assured that we will always prioritize your dog's safety.
What are the benefits of having a Pet Sitter / Dog walker?
Life is busier than ever these days. Like a good friend, we’re here to help when you need a little support. Animals are curious and social creatures, and having a dog walker provides extra positive human social contact with direct attention and affection- while getting the exercise they need, stimulation their senses, and helping your pups be comfortable and calm in a variety of situations through experiences. The benefits go beyond bladder relief!
An in home Sitter is incredibly valuable. Your fur babies benefit from staying in the soothing smells and comforts of their favourite environment, and your house is well looked after. Plants and Mail will also be attended to. Some insurance companies require a person to be present while you are away, and your sitter ticks that box for you too!
What is your approach to training and Handling?
We prioritize building a lasting & loving bond with your dog founded on trust, respect and affection. We employ positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good leash manners and foster a positive experience for your furry friend during their time with us. We remain consistent with your training methods, cues, and gestures, and may even introduce new skills.
